Returns

We accept returns of both defective and non-defective items provided they are returned in new and unused condition. All returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery. Any items returned outside of this timeframe will not be eligible for a refund.

To begin a return, please contact our customer service team at info@moirabelle.com to request approval. Once your return request is approved, a return label will be provided for you to download and print. All return shipping costs are covered by Moirabelle, meaning you will incur no additional costs.

Exchanges

We also accept exchanges within the 30-day return window. Items must be returned in new condition to qualify for an exchange. Please contact us at info@moirabelle.com to arrange an exchange. A prepaid downloadable return label will be issued, and you will not be charged any fees for the exchange process.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days and will be issued to your original payment method in GBP.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been successfully processed. Please note that if your payment was made in another currency, your financial institution may apply exchange rates or additional fees, which are beyond our control.

No Restocking Fees

Moirabelle does not charge any restocking fees. You will receive a full refund of the original purchase price, provided the returned item meets our return requirements.
